A philanthropist, an investor and a leader in the community, Adam Milstein is an Israeli native who served in the Yom Kippur war in the IDF. Graduating from Technion in 1978, Milstein earned an MBA from USC after coming to the US in 1981. In 1983, he began a career in Southern California commercial real estate. Mr. Milstein is a managing partner with Hager Pacific Properties, a firm that handles commercial real estate investment.
Adam Milstein started his own business after receiving his MBA, being dissatisfied with the the offerings of existing firms. Offered less than an undergraduate and feeling they wouldn’t appreciate his skills and life experiences, Adam Milstein struck out on his own to become a commercial real estate broker. After three years of success as a broker, he moved on to become a real estate investor.
When asked how he brought ideas to life he had this to say, “I push until they become reality. If someone else can’t do it, you should do it yourself. I do a lot by myself. I also follow-up on a daily basis and don’t let anything fall between the cracks.” Adam feels that “Follow up, consistency, and persistence” are qualities that make him more productive, and that one should always understand things themselves rather than depending on others. He also says to follow up on every lead and that “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take!”
As a Philanthropist, Adam Milstein focuses on work to improve and strengthen the Jewish people and the state of Israel and works the Adam and Gila Milstein Foundation to support many other charities.
Adam Milstein lives in Encino, California with his wife Gina. They have three children and three grandchildren together.
